How do I remove deodorant stains that have gone through the dryer?

I have a couple of shirts (cotton blend and a light sweater) that came out of the dryer with stains in the armpit area caused by deodorant. I've heard that once it goes through the dryer, it's set. Anyone know of a way I can remove the stains without ruining the shirts even more? Thank you!
