I can't find any proof of me having a seat on this flight?

I recently booked a ticket from toronto to amsterdam with a travel agency and they sent me an e-ticket. I went on the delta airlines website to print off an itinerary, but they can't find any flight corrseponding to my eticket number.... how can I check to see if I haven't been cheated by a fraud? The flight is with KLM, but issued by Delta airlines ...
