Does this guy like me?

So,I went to this concert a few weeks ago,and after the show I went to meet the lead singer of one of the bands,and he was real nice..and after I said how much I liked the show,he put his hand on my stomach...like 3 times,and kept smiling at me,and then he hugged me,and grabbed me around the waist tightly. After that I walked on and said thanks, (awkward)... and it was about 30 minutes later. He walked past me next to the stairs,and grabbed my butt, and dragged his hand across me while going up the stairs. Does he like me or is he just REALLY friendly??
