Does this sound like heat exhaustion/stroke?

I was outside yesterday at a concert from 2:00pm until 11:00pm in the sun, no shade. Today I have a really bad headache and I keep throwing up. I've been sleeping on and off through out the day. What ever water I drink, I throw it up. Does anybody know if this is either heat stroke or heat exhaustion or something? And what should I do?
