What is the best camera with low light and has front LCD screen?

I had an Olympus Fe 4010 that broke after less than 10 uses so now I'm looking for a camera with the front LCD screen. I've only been finding Samsung ones like TL210. I'm trying to find one that is $200 and under because I just bought that Olympus one two years ago. Also are any of them good in low light? If I can't find one with a front LCD screen thats ok but just a feature that would be much helpful, but I go to a lot of concerts and need a camera (point and shoot cuz they dont allow others) that takes decent pics at night or at concerts. I understand point and shoots are bad at that but I just need one that will take reasonable pics at night/concerts. Lastly, I hated my Olympus cuz it made me press one button repeatedly from camera to video mode, which isnt fun at a concert. Thanks
