Should i give him a second chance?

okay so im 14. this guy named scott had a thing with one of my friends but it wasnt a big deal.then he started liking me and we went to a concert together and danced the whole time and kissed. he said that i was refreshing and that everything that happend that night was amazing then he went back to my friend because i didnt want to hook up with him. now hes back to me and i really like him. he wants to ask me out.shoudl i say yes?
