Urinary tract infection medications?

I'm 17 and have previously already had a UTI and have experienced a yeast infection much younger but now I'm not sure which it is. In April I went to a concert and didn't shower afterwards. (I was exhausted) The next day is when the infection all started. I thought it would clear up in a few days like previous infections have. I have slight burning after urinating and my urine also smells foul. I have to go to the bathroom constantly even if its just a drop. I can't tell my parents because...well they're just a different story so I asked my bf if he could take me to the local walgreens, but I realized I didn't know what I was looking for. I can't see a doctor because I have no money to pay for it, so what medications can I buy at the local pharmacy or wal-mart even? I'm pretty sure I have a UTI because I've never experienced itching or foul smelling discharge like the box of Monistat that I've been taking says. BTW I've taken Monistat so many times. I did all the tips that I read online to do. To stay away from certain foods and wear loose clothing but it's been 2 months and I still have it. Yes I know it's been a long time....What should I buy? I heard about AZO, and buying some tablets that will relieve symptoms, will that help? I drank cranberry juice once and I felt relief the next morning but it came back because I ran out of Juice...Help? Thank you.
