How do you get an ex to leave you alone?!?

So my ex is driving me nuts! He won't stop texting and bothering me. Like today he sent me the itinerary for this concert thing he's going to and he's always telling me he has a new girlfriend and everytime he sees me or my sister he has to come bother us. I ignore him and never text him back or talk to him. I told him I don't want to be friends and he just won't get the hint! So what do I do?
