What documents do I need to take to the airport?

I recently booked with Air Canada, I got an itinerary from them via email, but that is all. Of course I'll be taking my passport, but do I just need to print off my itinerary and take it with me? Or am I missing something? Also I shall be flying from the UK to Canada, if that makes a difference. Thanks.
