What would be a great 2 - 3 week itinerary for a family visiting PERU this November be?

I am assembling a large family/friend reunion in Peru--THIS NOVEMBER--and need to send out the invitations asap so that people can start planning! If they see that efforts have been made for an exciting and fun 2 - 3 week vacation, where everything is laid out, they'll be more inclined to accept! Ideas on accommodations are great as well!
