What video software is used in live presentations/concerts/shows?

Like at a concert, they have multiple cameras set up with the ability to overlay text over the video. I know about hardware video switchers/mixers, but what are some programs that have the ability to switch different video inputs/overlay text. I'm looking for a program like BoinxTV or ProPresenter but for Windows.
