What is a really good brand of anti-perspirant deodorant?

I have the Secret unscented PH balanced and it is not working. I live in Qatar and I have to wear long sleeves everyday and it's really hot. My armpits are so sweaty it's nasty I wash them all the time and still sweaty. And yes I do shave them.
