No email confirming itinerary from ryanair plus incorrect details. what should we do?

So my cousin from Lithuania recently bought a ticket to UK from Ryanair. The booking page in the end said that the payment is pending but nothing was outstanding. So we considered that she booked it.Now when she wants to do online check in or manage her booking she cant. She didnt receive any email which means she doesnt have booking number, so she cant use option one. and option two says that her details doesnt match the record. what should we do? do we assume that she didnt make a booking?
