How do I stop my hands from sweating while using a Mouse/Controllers?

It gets really irritating, every 3 minutes I have to wipe my hands off with a towel, they are like drenched. And it's even worse when i'm at a friends house playing Xbox or something, it's embarrassing to pass the control over because it's covered in sweat. It also affects my gaming because it's really annoying to play while your hands are covered that in that much sweat, and it makes my keyboard and mouse really greasy. It's the middle of winter know(Australia) and it still happens, even when my hands are freezing, that's when it's the worst to play games, when my hands are freezing cold and drenched in sweat. Is there some kind of thing I can do to stop this, it's been happening ever since I hit puberty. I'm sick of dealing with it and I want it to stop. I don't really have any other problems with sweating besides this one, like my under arms are fine if I use anti-perspirant deodorant.
