Do all of WestJet's 737-800s have aisle armrests that don't go up or down?

Last time I flew on one of their -800s I recall the armrests along the aisle didn't move at all. I was just wondering if this was the case as I will be flying with them again in September, and my itinerary indicates the aircraft is a 737-800.
