Are there any must-see places in California?

Hi, I'm going to California from July 25-August 8 and I was wondering if there were any places I should definitely see while I'm there. I'm actually going to Vegas first, then the Grand Canyon, then San Diego, LA and Hollywood, and finally San Fransisco (yeah I know that's a lot but we might not go there again in a really long time). So are there any places around those areas I should see? Shopping centers, restaurants, parks, beaches, shows, concerts etc? Also, I don't know if this would help but I'm almost thirteen and I'm going with my parents and brother (who is like eleven). One more thing, if you know of any website or places where I could get tickets for live tapings of tv shows (like Disney or anything else i guess) that would be helpful, too. Thanks a bunch! (:
